Nuvo is a San Francisco company, founded in 2021 (Medium), that started as a trade-credit onboarding network and now sells a full order-to-cash suite. It is VC-backed and private (High). It raised an $11M seed in early 2022 and a $34M Series A announced 2025-04-30 led by Sequoia and Spark Capital, for $45M in total (Medium). Headcount was 42 at the Series A (Medium). Revenue, ARR and paying customer counts are not disclosed. Bottom line: a well-funded credit-onboarding leader moving down the order-to-cash chain into collections and payments, with real credit proof and an unproven AR suite.

What does it sell?

Customer Onboarding provides branded digital credit applications with verification, references and tax forms. Portfolio Management monitors credit risk. The Accounts Receivable module, launched June 2026, adds a payment portal, a unified bank account held at Column N.A. in the supplier’s name, real-time cash application and discrepancy handling. Collections runs agentic dunning and payment plans under the supplier’s policy. Partners include Creditsafe, Allianz Trade, Avalara, CreditRiskMonitor (2026-07-09) and Levelset.

The target is physical-goods suppliers that extend trade credit, with eight industry pages from building materials to food service (High). Geography is the United States (Medium), with no international product evidence found.

Pricing is custom only. The pricing page lists modules with “Talk to sales” buttons and no figures (High). The AR portal shows buyers “fees and timing” upfront, which points to buyer-facing payment fees, but no rate was found (Speculative).

Nuvo names no ERP integration on the AR page, AI page or launch post. It markets no invoice generation, AP-portal delivery, cross-border handling or deduction research at retailer scale.

What does it ship for AI agents?

Nuvo Intelligence ships Onboarding, Monitoring, Cash App and Collections agents. They run co-pilot by default and autopilot inside approved limits, with an audit trail. Autonomy proof sits in credit decisioning. One early customer went from 14 days to a few hours, and more than 50% of new applications are decided without human review (vendor claim in the launch post). No model or AI vendor is named. The AR and collections agents launched in June 2026 with no published results (High).

What does a buyer need to check?

G2 shows 4.7 with 23 to 28 reviews in search indexes, direct read blocked (Medium). Capterra has no rated reviews. No top complaint is sourced. Published outcomes measure credit only: 98% faster credit approvals (Breakthru Beverage Group) and credit limits up 20% to 30% (AEI Corporation). No DSO figure, match rate or AR case study exists (High). The homepage claims “over 200,000 businesses,” a count that includes credit applicants and that moved from about 50,000 to 200,000 across four sources in 18 months (High). The logo wall does not say which names are paying suppliers. SOC 2 Type II was announced 2024-04-11.
