Rillet is an AI-native ERP, the system that holds a company’s books, built around a real-time general ledger and an AI agent named Aura. Co-founder and CEO Nicolas Kopp, formerly US head of the digital bank N26, leads the company, which came out of stealth in 2024 (High). It raised a $25M Series A led by Sequoia, then a $70M Series B co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ in August 2025 (High). In August 2026, ICONIQ led a $100M Series C at a $1B valuation, which took total funding past $200M (High). Revenue is not disclosed. Bottom line: the best-funded AI-native ledger on this map, growing from software companies into larger enterprises, with agent write access already live for customers.

What does it sell?

Rillet sells one platform for the accounting team. The homepage lists a continuous close ledger, revenue recognition, receivables, payables, multi-entity accounting, bank reconciliation, audit trails, and real-time reporting (High). Native integrations bring in data from Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Ramp, Brex, Metronome, and payroll providers such as Gusto and ADP Run. The homepage claims more than 12,000 integrations in total (vendor claim).

Rillet started with venture-backed software and AI companies. Named customers include Mercor, Function Health, Temporal, Postscript, Decagon, and Windsurf (High on the names). The Series C release counted more than 600 customers and named biotech, healthcare, fintech, logistics, and professional services as new markets (vendor claim). Accounting firm partners include EY, through an alliance launched in 2026, plus Armanino, Wiss, Sikich, and Protiviti (vendor claim).

Subscription pricing is not published. The pricing page puts a CPA-led implementation at $10K to $30K over 4 to 6 weeks, against up to 18 months for a legacy ERP (vendor claim). Support after go-live includes a customer success manager and a CPA team in a dedicated Slack channel (vendor claim).

What does it ship for AI agents?

Aura is the agent inside the ledger, and it takes actions in the books as well as answering questions. As of October 2026, Aura creates and posts journal entries, builds income statements, and sets up prepaids and capitalized commissions on request (vendor claim). It also asks clarifying questions when a request is unclear. Rillet’s accountants reviewed hundreds of Aura answers, checking the method behind each number as well as the number itself (vendor claim).

Rillet pairs agent writes with controls the finance team sets. Journal entry approvals can route by source, so entries from Aura, the app, the API, or an MCP client get separate review rules (vendor claim). Command Center, added in October, gathers approvals, collections, and integration failures in one queue. Card charges, reimbursements, and reversals now obey the same approval rules as bills, with an audit trail on every decision.

Rillet also hosts an MCP server at api.rillet.com/mcp with OAuth2 sign-in. Its tools mirror the public API, and an agent sees only what its Rillet user can access (High). Setup guides cover Claude, Claude Code, and Cursor, and the September release added ChatGPT and Codex. A direct Make integration, added in October, lets teams build their own agent workflows on top of the books.

What must a buyer check?

  • Pricing: subscription price on request. The published implementation range is $10K to $30K (vendor claim).
  • Customer count: the Series C release in August 2026 said more than 600, and the homepage now says more than 800. Both are vendor figures.
  • Automation claims: the homepage says 99.7% of transactions post automatically and teams save 100+ hours a week. No third-party method is published (vendor claim).
  • Module depth: third-party reviews cited in this site’s ERP market report list no inventory, manufacturing, or project accounting. October added milestone-based revenue for services contracts.
  • Agent approvals: decide which submission sources need review before you turn on Aura or MCP writes.
  • Ownership stage: venture-backed at Series C, with ICONIQ, Andreessen Horowitz, and Sequoia among its investors.
