Sidetrade is an enterprise order-to-cash software vendor that sells AI collection agents, credit risk tools and a payment-behavior data lake to large companies. It is based in Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris, CEO Olivier Novasque, and listed on Euronext Growth Paris (ALBFR). FY2025 revenue was €61.4M, +14% at constant currency, with EBITDA of €13.4M (22%) and net profit of €9.0M. It sells to the enterprise: 85%+ of revenue comes from companies above $1B revenue. North America is its largest region. Rob Harvey is Chief Product Officer, with Sidetrade since 2012.
H1 2026 results (2026-09-22): revenue €34.8M (+19%), subscription 90% of revenue, new ARR €5.16M (+112%), North America 44% of bookings. Nucleus placed it as a 2026 Leader. Sidetrade acquired ezyCollect (SMB and mid-market, ANZ) on October 27, 2025 at a €37.3M valuation and now processes payments through it. The read: the proof leader for AI agents in enterprise order-to-cash, rising, with the ezyCollect acquisition as the downmarket signal to watch.
What does it sell?
- Aimie Cash Collection: an autonomous agent that makes live outbound collection calls, with 24 agents in production or rollout (vendor claim).
- Aimie pipeline (planned Q3 2026): Cash Application Analyst, Dispute Resolver and Credit Analyst agents.
- Agent Builder Studio: a no-code agent builder.
- Data lake: payment-behavior prediction, sized at $8.8T in B2B transactions and restated as “aggregated $10 trillion” in H1 2026 (vendor claim, unaudited).
- Payments through ezyCollect: ezyCollect Payments added Apple Pay and Google Pay (post updated Sep 7, 2026).
Pricing has no rate card: a platform subscription plus a fixed monthly fee per AI agent with execution limits. This review derives six-figure average deals on 46-month terms (Speculative, derived).
What does it ship for AI agents?
Shipped and sold: Aimie cash collection agents, announced as the “first autonomous AI cash collection agent” (May 2025), live at named multinationals Sodexo (eight agents), OpenText, Accor and Securitas (High). Agents produced 33% of new ARR in Q2 2026 (€1.02M), and that share was unchanged in H1 2026 reporting. H1 2026 cites “80 agents on firm order, including 26 Aimie Agents and 54 Customer Agents.” Announced: the cash application, dispute and credit agents planned for Q3 2026.
What does a buyer need to check?
- Reviews: G2 has too few reviews to summarize. Gartner Peer Insights 4.6 on 84. The top complaint is a thin evidence base, with the best available signal being “partial automation,” as disputes and legal cases stay manual in practice.
- Fit: no motion below upper mid-market and no self-serve. The data-lake figure moved from $7.2T to $8.8T to $10T across the company’s own releases without audit (Medium).
- Proof: Gartner Invoice-to-Cash Magic Quadrant Leader 2022 to 2024 and a Hackett 2026 Innovation Award.
- Ownership: public and profitable, with quarterly reporting.
