Tesorio is an accounts receivable vendor that sells “Agentic Financial Operations” to mid-market SaaS companies running NetSuite (vendor claim). It is a Bay Area, Y Combinator company founded between 2013 and 2015 (sources conflict). It is VC-backed by Madrona, First Round and Floodgate, with $27M to $36M raised (sources conflict) and no funding since the June 2022 Series B.

ARR sits near $11M (2024, third-party estimate, unaudited, Medium confidence). Headcount fell to about 42 by mid-2026 from about 62. The Nucleus 2026 AR Value Matrix (2026-09-22) placed Tesorio as a Leader, its highest placement to date. Bottom line: a well-loved, forecast-led niche vendor, smaller than it was, and dependent on a funding or acquisition event to change course.

What does it sell?

Cash-flow forecasting is the founding product and the buying trigger. Around it sit three agents. The Collections Agent handles personalized dunning and promise tracking, and gained notes and thread assignment on 2026-09-22. The Cash Application Agent claims a 95%+ auto-match rate (vendor-claimed, Medium). The Supplier Portal Agent works Coupa and Ariba portals for the seller. A native NetSuite sync feeds all of it.

Tesorio does not market billing or invoice creation, so its scope starts after the invoice exists. Card processing runs on Stripe. It markets no credit management, no deductions depth, no e-invoicing and no cross-border story.

The target is mid-market SaaS and tech companies in North America. Pricing is custom quote only. Vendr shows a $17K a year median across 58 logged deals, from $7.5K to $43.8K. Third parties cite a floor near $30K. Implementation fees and Stripe processing sit on top.

What does it ship for AI agents?

The three agents are shipped product, and third-party reviews confirm they work. Scale proof is vendor-claimed: $100B+ invoices processed and a 30% average DSO reduction (vendor-claimed). This review rates the $100B+ figure Speculative against the $11M ARR estimate.

Tesorio also publishes an MCP server page. It lists action tools (trigger_follow_up, create_collection_task, escalate_to_manager) beside query tools, so the server is no longer read-only. The launch date of the action tools is unverified.

What does a buyer need to check?

G2 shows 4.7 on about 237 reviews, the highest rating in the companies profiled here. Capterra and the SMB platforms stopped updating in mid-2023, so G2 carries the whole story. Public references include Veeva, Couchbase, GitLab, Smartsheet and UiPath.

The top complaint is ERP sync delays. Structural gaps are no credit management and no deductions depth. Multi-entity buyers will find no enterprise reviews.

Vendor viability is the open question. About 42 employees, no funding since 2022 and an estimated $11M ARR mean enterprise procurement flags it on vendor risk. The review freeze plus the headcount decline reads as efficiency mode (Speculative). A LinkedIn hiring check had not been run as of 2026-08-19.

  • NetSuite shipping native cash application or embedded BILL rails, which shrinks the add-on space. Shows first at SuiteWorld and in NetSuite release notes.
