About this site.
My day job is Head of Product for B2B at Flywire, where I ship AI agents for accounts receivable. I've been writing about what I'm learning from that work, and this is where I put it all.
Four things live here:
Essays. Longer pieces where I work through an idea in full. How document-as-agent architecture actually works. Why the four categories of AI agents matter more than the technology under them. What I’ve learned about control versus outcomes when deploying agents in production.
Hot Takes. Shorter pieces, closer to the news. When something happens in AI that matters for finance, this is where I put the first read on it.
Predictions. A public ledger. Every call I make about where this is going gets timestamped with the reasoning behind it, and scored when it resolves. I’d rather be wrong in public than pretend I was always right.
Frameworks. The tools from the essays, built as interactive diagnostics you can actually run with your team.
One new piece a week, at a minimum. Subscribe if you want it in your inbox on Sunday.
Work with me
Outside the day job, I do a small amount of advisory and speaking work with finance and fintech leaders who want a second opinion from someone actually building.
Advisory
If you want to chat about product strategy for AI-native AR / AP / treasury, agent architecture review, or positioning and messaging for AI features that actually differentiate.
Keynotes and panels
If you’re running a finance, CFO, or fintech event and want a talk that’s sharper than “AI will change everything,” reach out. I speak about the Assist / Automate / Advise / Configure framework, why human-in-the-loop is a temporary architecture, and where B2B finance AI is actually heading.
Private workshops
Half-day and full-day workshops for finance leadership teams trying to move from “we deployed some AI” to a coherent strategy. We work through your actual workflows using the frameworks from the essays.
